This week, Andrea and I get the treat of heading to the annual Fall Midwest Vineyard pastor's retreat.   The past few years it's been held in Green Lake, WI, which if you've never been there is absolutely gorgeous this time of year. 

While there is usually a guest speaker for the retreat, the best thing about the 3 days is to actually retreat... to take a breather from the normal rhythm of work and life and and be able to rest and rejuvenate a bit.  This has always been my favorite Vineyard conference, largely in part because we have added time to reconnect with friends and other pastors, pray for one another and just enjoy God together.
